I must first say I miss Sherry. My Nissan is older and she made sure to inform me if something was amiss. I had an 8:15 a.m. oil change appointment and Luis took care of checking me in. My car was not com she made sure to inform me if something was amiss. I had an 8:15 a.m. oil change appointment and Luis took care of checking me in. My car was not completed until 9: 45. When I got in my car my check engine light was still on. I had to go back inside to ask about it, then had to wait another 45 min for a diagnosis. I ended up taking my car to my local mechanic to get my car fixed because it was half the price to fix the thermostat. My vehicle has never been serviced outside of this center but I will probably be changing that from not on. More
We already knew the car we wanted and had seen the internet sales price and it was the 3rd car my family's purchased here and while the salespeople and management were different than last year the fin internet sales price and it was the 3rd car my family's purchased here and while the salespeople and management were different than last year the finance person, Curt Pierce, was the same from last year. He knew what was important to us and made it happen. When we came back the next day with more questions, he answered all of them and then some. We had asked our salesperson if the windows were tinted (as we didn't pay attention at first) and he told us they already were when they weren't. When we brought it up to Curt, he took care of that too. When we are in the market again we will look for Curt. More

Absolutely terrible. Bought a new car 2 months ago and keep having to call the dealership to get information on what I paid for. Still haven't received anything for the tag so I called the county office o keep having to call the dealership to get information on what I paid for. Still haven't received anything for the tag so I called the county office only to find out the dealership didn't pay for yet I was charged for it. Not to mention all the F*** bombs that the staff kept using for everything. Terrible customer service. Terrible management. Terrible experience. I will never set foot on this lot in my life again.
