I ran late for a scheduled appointment. The person at the front desk said they would do their best to fit me in. I waited for a total of an hour (not bad). The man at the front also helped me to reset the front desk said they would do their best to fit me in. I waited for a total of an hour (not bad). Both people (a man and a woman) at your front service desk were so very nice. I couldn't have ask for anymore. Please let them know. You have some great people working for you. Sylvester was great!! I am not the easiest person to sale too. He was patient, courteous, and understanding of my outrageous wants during the purchase. All lies!! Check engine light came on 1 day after car bought! WORST!! Car smells like smoker lived in it! I never received the extra key promised to me. Gary Dennis was awesome!! He made us feel like his only customers and treated us like family! Having to wait so long for the financing part was way too long of a wait and that was the only thing we really customers and treated us like family!
