Hidden fees and deceptive staff. Purchased a used car which had a $1,000+ “Used car service fee” tacked onto the price when we got to the dealership. The car fax has no record of the service, so we asked which had a $1,000+ “Used car service fee” tacked onto the price when we got to the dealership. The car fax has no record of the service, so we asked for a copy of the service record. We were told (lied to) on several occasions during the buying process that they were getting it for us. Once the car was ours we were told the only person who could provide a record of the service completed as on vacation that day. When we brought up the lack of transparency and how the used car sales manager Billy Mreir was coincidentally on vacation, AJ Khanfer our shady sales associate got defensive and rude. We’ve continued to try and get a record of the service done to our vehicle for several weeks, but keep getting bounced around to various departments, and never receive what is promised. Only conclusion to be made is that Sutherland Nissan is swindling its customers by charging fake fees. Will be reporting them to the better business bureau. More
