Very Disappointed! A happy buying experience on 02/01/23 ruined. Was not informed that the Certified Preowned 2022 Nissan Frontier SV had only one key FOB until we were A happy buying experience on 02/01/23 ruined. Was not informed that the Certified Preowned 2022 Nissan Frontier SV had only one key FOB until we were leaving the Sutherlin Dealership. Was told by the sales rep. that they only had one key Fob and he would check with the previous owner and mail the additional FOB to us. Then, we arrive home and I check on my I-Pad and what shows up. The internet price had been lowered to $29,995.00 on this day. We had made a honest offer for $30,000.00 and it was rejected. A counter offer was made by the dealership and we thought they were trying to be fair and we accepted. Didn’t make us feel that great about the deal we had made, but I guess we’ll have to live with the fact that we paid, including tax, approximately $1370.00 more for the vehicle that we should have. Guess we’ll have to live with that mistake. The kick in the gut is the fact that I have made numerous attempts to obtain the other key FOB by e-mail and phone conversation with Julian Remirez and other administrators at Sutherlin without any response. Now it looks like we will be faced with an additional $300.00 to purchase a key FOB that should have been with a Certified Preowned vehicle from what we thought was a reputable Nissan Dealership at the time of purchase. If we had known from the beginning that this was the case we would have never agreed on the final purchase price of the vehicle. Larry G. Allen Watkinsville, Ga. More
