I was attempting to make a purchase of a 2021 Nissan Titan, because this dealership is a 3 1/2 hour drive from me, I wanted more transparent pricing up front and a sales person to answer questions. Cass Warner was the first sales member to reach out to me after an online inquiry. But he has failed to communicate with me since then. I have also spoken with two other members from the sales team with no luck. They also fail to call you back, respond to texts or emails. The sales team, has failed to appropriately communicate with me both via text, email and phone. I was even pre-approved for a loan through the dealership. The sales team failed to return my phone calls, emails or texts, either at all , or within a timely manner. For someone who is trying to purchase a vehicle that is well over $40k for a new vehicle, they sure acted like they did not need my business. This dealership needs to work on thier sales and customer service. Especially when the Titan line is struggling to keep up with the rest of the trucks in the market. More

Just picked my car last on 12/10 6:30pm. My sales rep Nesrin purposely made us wait at the show room for no reason. I was told that the financial had some paper work for me to sign, so I was wondering a Nesrin purposely made us wait at the show room for no reason. I was told that the financial had some paper work for me to sign, so I was wondering around in the show room while Nersrin was chatting with another employee. After 45 mins I told Nersrin that we are going to get dinner and come back later for the paper work, and then the same guy that Nersrin has been chatting with jumped in with an attitude. He said all they need is just some minutes, and if I leave now I would need to wait again. Then he slowly walked over to the fiance office and grabbed the papers for me to sign. Basically the paper work has been ready and all he had to do is go grab them but nope.... They had to wait for me to ask for it. After all the paper work are done. Nesrin said the car is been detailed right now and it would take another 10 minutes even though I asked for no detailing. Another 30 minutes passed by, the whole time Nesrin was either chatting with another employee or just playing on her phone. I decided not to wait anymore so I asked Nesrin to see where they park the car that I would just take it and leave. She replied if that's what I want, she will bring it over without detailing. I walked out of show room as she went to get my car, then I saw my car was already ready that all she needed to do is drive it over, so again I was not waiting for my car to get ready, I was waiting on Nesrin done playing on her phone and get my car over to me. This has got to be the worse purchasing experience that I ever had. The financial manager's got attitude, my sales rep Nersirn doesn't know anything about cars yet very arrogant, AND SUPER LAZY! There are several other sales that I bump into while waiting in the show room, most of them are very polite and the internet sales manager Haddy was also very helpful and great to work with. Too bad all these people's hard work are easily destroyed and ruin the purchase experience by those who does not care about customers. More
Cass Warner was relentless in trying to find the Nissan Titan my husband was looking for. Since the start of the pandemic, new trucks were limited. From time to time Cass would reach out via text (our pref Titan my husband was looking for. Since the start of the pandemic, new trucks were limited. From time to time Cass would reach out via text (our preferred communication method) to make sure we had not given up on him/Nissan. Last week he sent a text "I have a truck I think your husband will like". Cass is the most knowledgeable and professional salesperson I have ever worked and I can say the same for Curt Pierce in Finance. We own multiple Nissans (several purchased from Sutherlin) and have always taken our vehicles to Sutherlin for maintenance. We will never shop at another dealer!
