We went to this dealership because of the great deal that was listed on car gurus. Everything started fine. Test drive good. Sales lady was nice. But when it came time to buy - it was a bait and switch. AJ KHANFER the sales manager came out with the price. The price they quoted for CPO car on their website?...well they jacked it up by almost 3k with two different certification fees. 1650 for the Nissan CPO certification, and 1200 for a used car inspection, not to mention 900 in dealer fees - by the time they showed the out the door price it was over 5k more than advertised. And they said that the CPO only covered drivetrain, which is not what Nissan CPO is. When we told them they use deceptive advertising practices, they took the paper with the price away from us and put it in the shredder. And told us we couldn't have it. Then we asked for the manager and his card, and the guy gave a fake name! Curt Pierce was his real name because when I got home I went to their page and found their staff directory, but he wrote "Jim Miller" on the card he gave to us as the "manager." These people are dishonest. And when you call them on their lies, they get even more shady. Just give the right price or something close to it upfront. Don't treat it like a mob shakedown. Avoid at all costs. More
