I walked in to Kia of Kenner around 5pm tonight and told the lady at the front desk I was there to leave a car for Recalls. She pointed to the parts desk and told me to go see the girl at the desk. I stood there for a few minutes and the guy in the booth next to her asked what I was there for. I said I was leaving a car with them. He said " are you picking up or dropping off"? I said "I am leaving a car with ya'll for recalls". He said "I think you need to go over there" (pointing across the room). I said "the lady at the front told me to go to this girl (on the phone). A few minutes later she got off the phone and asked what I was there for. I said "I am leaving a car for recalls". She replied, "Are you leaving a card?" I said "no, leaving a CAR" (loudly so could hear what I said). She said "Picking up or dropping off" (same as the other guy that didn't understand what leaving a car meant). I was very patient and calm, mind you, very quiet all the way through this point - it was about 10 minutes in. She said that she thinks that I needed to go see someone on the other side. I said to myself outloud with my hands up in frustration something like "Why is this so hard to understand" A guy who had been walking around in there, either a salesman or a manager says "man calm down, you don't need to get all dramatic and make a scene" I said to him while in disbelief of his comment "I'm not making a scene man, I just want to know who can help me to leave the car". He said "You don't have to talk to the lady (at the front) like that". I said "I am not just talking about her. All 3 people didn't understand what I said!" He repeated again and added "Don't come in here and act like Clown" I replied "Are you calling me a clown now?" He said "yeah, don't be a clown" so I told him "Man f**k you" and preceeeded to head to the door to leave and he came behind me saying, "you got a problem!" so I turned around and this man is in a threatening position with his hands up like he wants to fight. So, I said "so you are gonna come up behind me when I am leaving?!" He says "yeah you told me F**k you, so what you gonna do?" I replied "I said F**k You because you called me a Clown and now you are gonna come up behind me when I'm trying to leave?" He kept his hands up in a threatening position after I showed no signs of being physical towards him or anyone else the entire time I was there, and he says "You messed with the wrong one", before I was out of the door" Then he stepped outside behind me and walked right back inside. I don't know who this guy is. I did not get his name but this is the most unapologetic, unprofessional experience I have ever had at a business. For him to actually put his hands up, is mindblowing. And if I am correct I will even say he must have put on some brass knuckles as I was walking out before I turned aroun,d because it looked like that was on his hand when he was in the fight position. This guy is a total psycho. I left the dealership and brought the vehicle to the Harvey dealership for service and will be reporting this incident to corporate and the BBB More

This was the worst place to business they lied to sell the car n it took them 29 days to pay off my trade in. I called every day n left countless message no response. I recently purchased a 2022 Kia Rio which should have been a happy experience. Unfortunately as I was driving home the gauges and dashboard went haywire. I took the car to a kia dealership closer to my house for obvious safety reasons. That dealership confirmed there was a problem with the car.and it was indeed not caused by me. When I called premier kia I was told that I would have to tow the car to them at my own expense if I wanted to be reimbursed for a rental car. The car currently has 53 miles on it! I put down a deposit for a car on August 1, 2020 for a car due to come in second week in September. The reason for the deposit was because these cars sell so quick, they are gone before the come off the t car due to come in second week in September. My salesperson Robert told me and my daughter the deposit was refundable if I did not like or want the car- no questions asked. So i gave them a check for $2k. I called to check on my car in August, because he said it might come in early- no, scheduled date was 9/3....I called towards 9/3 and asked if coming in on time, told no- date 9/11, called again and told date 9/22, then date 10/3, then 10/8.....I had enough and two other dealerships had phoned me and had the car i wanted. I called Robert and he told me he had to talk to his gm and they would call me back. No call back. Then I called again and said I was purchasing car from another dealership. Theoffered me a loaner and said car would be there 10/8.....I decided on 10/1 and spoke to Robert and told him i wanted deposit back and was buying elsewhere. he said gm would call - no call. Friday 10/2 spoke with robert again where he called me dishonest and disloyal and it would be up to the gm because i purchased the car. Still no call from GM. 10/3 i purchased my car.... spoke with dealership on saturday and was told to call monday with new car manager to the refund department. 10/5 robert called and said car was here- i already purchased another car. asked him to transfer me to gm and call was "disconnected". I called GM John Oliver and he told me deposit by definition was non refundable and he never refunds a deposit on a telluride. I told him i was never told this was non refundable and he said well it is. This is a violation of the consumer protection act and is fraud.l More

That would have been the end of it but Mr. Price called me back and apologized and told me the truth. He didn't have to but he did. I think if this guy found a wallet with a ton of cash in it he would return in. If you go here, only ask for Mr. Joel Price. He's the manager of internet sales. More

Furious about their business practices I am never going back to Kia of Kenner. They took my $6600 down payment and made me wait for 2 whole weeks for the used car to be ready for sale, tel I am never going back to Kia of Kenner. THEN, after 2 weeks they finally tell me to pick it up and Herbert in Finance asks me to sign the papers AGAIN with a new price that was higher and out of my budget!!! He said they made a mistake by using rebates they were not supposed to! WHAT? After taking my money, signing all the papers and making me wait 2 weeks for service to be performed? I got a refund and walked out. I am contacting their Corporate office AND Better Business Bureau because their practices are beyond unprofessional. To top it off General manager JOHN OLIVER was terribly rude to me during the 2 week wait, while I was asking for an update. I have never been treated that way as a customer talking to a business manager. I felt like I was put on trial for asking when the car would be ready for pickup. His tone was very rude, he kept cutting my sentences, telling me I had no reason to complain and even asked how I got his name..!? I mentioned that I did not appreciate the tone I was being addressed with, and he did NOT "dial it down". I felt I was being profiled for being a young woman and perhaps not looking wealthy enough. The salesmen Corey Walsh/Brooks Lugo were very nice and so were Technician Lee and receptionist Laura. But I cannot recommend or go back to a business who obviously treat customers like me with ZERO respect and beyond unprofessional. Also they will hear from me about the whole incident that is completely unacceptable. More
