Horrible once they have made the sale to you! I was lied to about oil changes & I just spoke to Duane & he is basically calling me a liar!! He said the first 2 oil changes are free & when I bought the car, I said I live over an hr away, do I have to come all the way back here for the oil change & he said no just call me when its time & I can transfer the oil changes to a Kia near you, after trying to get in touch with him for 3 wks, I did today & he said oh no I cant do that!! Why would I make this up & waste my time trying to get in touch with him for 3 wks if I didnt know what I had been told!!!! They do not care about you at all after the sale, idk why I am surprised!! Be very careful of the sales team especially Vito. I would guess what they did would be counted as fraud. I signed an agreement with the car price listed on it which they took in the back to process. I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from a private individual who had purchased the Soul at Premiere Kia of Kenner and took it there for all its services. He assured me that all the recalls had been taken care of a had purchased the Soul at Premiere Kia of Kenner and took it there for all its services. He assured me that all the recalls had been taken care of and that they had investigated the check engine light but could not find any problems. Today I took the vehicle to another dealership because it was due for an oil change and it was determined that neither of the recalls had been fixed. Additionally the check engine light was on in fact due to a Crankshaft Position Sensor which potentially is over 300.00 to fix. Do not take your car to this dealership for service. The obviously just lie and don't actually fix anything. More

We purchased our Kia in November. Not only was the tank completely empty (we got to the station with 0 miles of gas left) but they sat on our registration til the end of March. It would’ve been longer had I not continually called and emailed, leaving over 20 messages to never be called back. After some investigating, the state of Louisiana said they never received anything related to our vehicle. It took 5 MONTHS to find out they never submitted anything- no wonder they never called back. Finally I speak to a sales manager who ends up getting everything taken care of in a day. His excuse “just goes to show how losing a really good employee effects how things run around here” Absolute clown show. AVOID! More
