When I was signing papers with Santiago in finance I was unaware that there was approximately another $3000 included in the price. I realized this when I got home and went through the papers. Mike handled the problem immediately and explained it was for an extended warranty that I had not agreed to. The cost was refunded and a new contract was made. Not your typical dealer I got tired of all the games the LA dealers were playing. I decided to call this dealer because of its great reviews. Spoke to Carlis Arias and he off I got tired of all the games the LA dealers were playing. I decided to call this dealer because of its great reviews.
