Shady, shady sheisters... went in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced and getting my old tires back with 47k on them was like pulling teeth! Not only that, but as a 23 yr old female I always feel like i’m and balanced and getting my old tires back with 47k on them was like pulling teeth! Not only that, but as a 23 yr old female I always feel like i’m getting taken advantage of here every time they try to sell me a cabin air filter for $50 when I know that they only cost $8. It’s outrageous. Needless to say, I will not be going back. More

There are other Kia and Subaru dealers in the state that will value your business and treat you with respect . These people don’t have a clue and don’t deserve your hard earned money . More

Worst service experience I’ve ever had I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. From the moment I arrived at the service center in Branford, the man at the main I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. From the moment I arrived at the service center in Branford, the man at the main service desk acted as if my husband and I were simply an inconvenience. Getting simple questions answered was like pulling teeth. Finally after spending $100 on an oil change and three rear bulbs (seemingly reasonable w labor) we informed the man, and the sales manager who was astonishingly in support of his rude employee (which is odd bc he missed more than half the interaction) that they lost our business after having been an exclusive customer for more than 7 years and his reply was, “Good!” Funny thing was we walked in to buy another Kia and now will be purchasing from another dealer bc we would NEVER do business with a company with such horrendously rude, incompetant and unprofessional employees. Shame on you Kia. ps the sales team seemed great and I feel bad for them that they lost a viable deal bc of their incompetent, bad attitude co-worker. More
BLACKMAIL AND BULLYING!!! I bought a 2019 Kia Forte in December of 2018 and was actually quite excited about the vehicle, it had many of the features that I was looking for and I bought a 2019 Kia Forte in December of 2018 and was actually quite excited about the vehicle, it had many of the features that I was looking for and also at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately the vehicle has a huge problem, the transmission was not designed properly and failed just after the car hit 5000 miles, needless to say it was very disappointing. I left my car with the dealership for about 2 weeks in which time I was given a loaner with enormous PREMIER KIA stickers stuck to the 2 front doors, I was not happy about having to drive that around for 2 weeks, a mobile billboard for the dealership which basically screams "MY CAR IS BROKEN", not to mention it looks tacky. I guess it was better than having no car at all to drive. I was told that my vehicle was the 3rd vehicle that the dealership would be repairing for the transmission problem, also that Kia is now making them stock the transmission as this is a known problem. I received my "fixed" car back from the dealership on May 1st. I drove it home from the dealership and noticed a problem when I was breaking to turn into my driveway and I thought oh god what now, I kind of just dismissed it hoping it was a one time event, NOPE, the next morning the same bucking occurred when I was getting off the exit ramp to go to work. I received a call from the dealership later that day inquiring about how my car was doing, but not really they just wanted to talk to me about a negative review my husband left about the vehicle. I told them about the new issue and was told to bring my car in the next morning(today). When I got to the dealership this morning I was told by the service manager that the owner instructed him he was not to touch my car until my husband removed his negative review. I was in shock actually dumbfounded that this was happening. The dealership is basically blackmailing and bullying me so they don't have a bad review, well now they have another one. My husband wrote a review on Yelp expressing our dissatisfaction with the vehicle, he chose to write it on the dealer page as he wanted to let people in our area know not to purchase a 2019 Kia Forte, he did not disparage the dealership. It is disgusting the way the owner (Bob Alvine) is behaving. I will not be returning to the dealership for any reason nor will I ever buy a Kia again. This whole experience has left such an awful taste in my mouth, I guess it just goes to show you get what you pay for (buy a cheap car, get cheap service). More

I do have to comment that driving on I-95 on the way home was less than ideal. There was this thumping noise as I picked up speed. I notices that the hood was bouncing up and down. The technician that worked on the car did not close the hood of my SUV all the way. This is very hazardous, therefore I cannot give a high quality rating on the recall work performed. More
