I recently used Premier Kia’s online parts service to purchase a new power window motor. I ordered the motor based on what all Kia sites said was the correct part number. Well when the motor arrived it w purchase a new power window motor. I ordered the motor based on what all Kia sites said was the correct part number. Well when the motor arrived it wasn’t the same as the one in my vehicle and the original had a completely different part number. I reached out to Greg McLaughlin and we determined Kia had changed the part number. Greg quickly issued and emailed me a return label. I sent the part back and Greg immediately shipped the correct part. I installed the new motor and couldn’t be happier. I really appreciate Greg for going the extra mile for me and for solving my issue quickly. I will certainly be purchasing any future parts from Premier Kia.
