I have had my car in for service since Tuesday morning on a 5 hour repair. They have failed to keep me updated, not answered phone calls or responded to voicemails or texts. I have mixed feelings about this dealership. I like the service department and LOVE the guy in charge of the parts department. The sales department is awful based on my experience trying to buy two cars there last summer. I bought my current Sorrento there in 2016. I love the car. My son had an accident, and I was going to buy a car for him and one for myself. My younger would get the Sorrento. That would be three cars bought there and I have all my service done there. I have had several friends buy cars there based on my recommendation. The sales person and the MANAGER told me, "the market has changed" when I asked if they could do anything about the price. They clearly do not want business. I can only imagine that direction came from the top. I would not buy a car at ANY Premier dealership due to this experience. The experience showed they are short-sighted. Eventually, there will be lots of cars available and I am happy to tell anyone my experience with this dealership. More
We bought our Niro at Premier Kia nearly 5 years ago and have gone only to them for routine maintenance (regular oil changes and inspections). The dealership has a pleasant waiting area with comfortable chairs and a TV and an adjacent area with small tables for working with laptops, etc. There are cookies, coffee, tea, and water, and you can wander feet away to check out the newest models! Personnel are friendly, responsive, and helpful in answering questions and anticipating possible issues (e.g., remaining tire life). They take you in and start your ticket as soon as you drive up, and I am always on my way home in less than an hour...usually no more than 45 minutes. I'm still a happy customer! More
