What a wonderful experience! !! I needed a car big enough to fit my growing family’s needs and I got exactly that! Ellie Carrano was WONDERFUL. She helped me so much along the way !! I needed a car big enough to fit my growing family’s needs and I got exactly that! Ellie Carrano was WONDERFUL. She helped me so much along the way. I kept texting her, nagging her for opinions, questions, vehicle information etc and she was always quick to respond and super friendly! Phil, Nate, and Robert were awesome as well. They were all very supportive as I cried ugly tears signing my Ford Escape away. Owen was VERY helpful with the tech stuff. He is very good at what he does. I don’t know what I would have done without him showing me the Telluride’s features. Also was very happy there were free cookies because it kept my 5 year old happy during the process. More
