I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever and everyone I dealt with was wonderful, considerate, pleasant and patient. We were originally only there to get our older Kia checked out as we had crossed some issues. We had no intention of buying a car that day let alone a new vehicle. Joseph Pelliccio greeted us with suc checked out as we had crossed some issues. We had no intention of buying a car that day let alone a new vehicle. Joseph Pelliccio greeted us with such hospitality and professionalism. Joseph asked us if we were looking to buy a new car and because we were just waiting and casually browsing with no immediate interest we said we weren’t entirely sure but that we might be back. Joseph’s kind and genuine attitude was a breath of fresh air considering our past experience’s with car dealerships. Joseph offered to give us a test drive in his personal car, the Kia Sportage, and we were immediately sold as soon as we came back from the test drive. If Joseph would have never approached us that afternoon we would have never thought of buying a new car. Joseph pelliccio was an absolute pleasure to work with, and made the whole process such a delight! We were explained everything from beginning to end which made us feel easy and the entire process a breeze. Communication was never lacking and we felt we could get in contact with Joseph at any time if we had any concerns.
