Overall not a great experience. Lack of knowledge of Costco auto program. Tried to charge me for VIN etching and Nitogren, which was already in the tires. Was told I would be charged an extra $1000 for vehicle if i had my own lender. I used them to apply for loan 2 weeks ago and they got me a loan at credit union. Just found out that my application went to Kia Finance as i just received the required credit notice. I was nevered offered any info about this which probably would have been a better intetest rate. Watch out for upselling of the "Zurich Guard". More
