Staff was nice but a bit inaccurate in the information given. Bought a car that’s less than 2 years old and wasn’t told until I was taking delivery it only had one key. I have had my car in for service since Tuesday morning on a 5 hour repair. They have failed to keep me updated, not answered phone calls or responded to voicemails or texts. I had a terrific experience with both Julio Gomes and Owen Butler throughout the purchasing process. Julio answered all my questions and was incredibly patient throughout. It was my first time leasing a Owen Butler throughout the purchasing process. Julio answered all my questions and was incredibly patient throughout. It was my first time leasing a new car and I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting into, and Julio not only explained how it worked but also wanted to help me get the best deal possible. After being directed to the Kia Niro EV I realized it was the perfect option for me after not considering an EV prior to that. Julio knew exactly what I was looking for. Owen helped me find out more of the technical details of owning and using an electric car, and explained everything in a very thorough way that gave a full understanding of EV ownership. He was incredibly helpful as well and I give both Julio and Owen 5 stars for incredible service. More
