We bought our Niro at Premier Kia nearly 5 years ago and have gone only to them for routine maintenance (regular oil changes and inspections). The dealership has a pleasant waiting area with comfortable chairs and a TV and an adjacent area with small tables for working with laptops, etc. There are cookies, coffee, tea, and water, and you can wander feet away to check out the newest models! Personnel are friendly, responsive, and helpful in answering questions and anticipating possible issues (e.g., remaining tire life). They take you in and start your ticket as soon as you drive up, and I am always on my way home in less than an hour...usually no more than 45 minutes. I'm still a happy customer! More

A few months ago, I saw one of these beasts in the wild and fell in love. Apparently, the Kia sportage is designed after my soul, because I used to own a Kia sportage, and I loved it while I had it. After several months of randomly seeing THIS exact model/color and loving it more every time- I decided to look into it and track one down at a dealership. I wanted to sit in one, drive it and see if I was romanticizing this, or if it was worth considering… The only dealership in the state that had the color I was looking for was so far away that it didn’t even come up in my first search… once I expanded my search, @premierkiact in Branford popped up. So… off to Branford I went. I walked in and explained that I did not need a new car, I simply just like the sportage and think I might want one- but I’d only do it if they could meet me where I wanted to be with payments…I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. I brought the kids with me because they’re really into cars lately. I also knew it’d keep me from being impulsive and buying a car…as soon as they got into it I knew they’d be no help at all in the impulsivity department. They loved it. I loved it. A lot, like… was waaaay more impressed than I expected to be. The kid that got stuck with us (Cristopher) was such an awesome human to work with. Like the kind of human that I want all of you to go buy your next car from (him specifically) anyway, solid kid; young,super polite, and soooo awesome to my kids the entire time. The sales manager (Mario) was also very kind and accommodating: the guy worked his tail off to get the numbers where I wanted to see them. He kept good on his word. Did the EXACT number we agreed on and I was super happy… so of course, I got the freakin car. This was better than a great experience. I was able to show my kids how a proper business deal is done. It was such a positive life experience for them that I am extra grateful for the opportunity. This set the tone for them for the rest of their lives when it comes to making a car (or large) purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of individuals to demonstrate a professional transaction to my 7 & 9 year old boys. Thanks again Mario, Phil and especially Cristopher!
