We have been test driving many different brands of car (Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, etc.) so have visited many different dealerships, and Premier Kia stands out as one of the top few in this region. After visiting multiple dealerships in the area, Premier Kia stood out amongst the rest. From the design of the building to the quality of the cars to the customer service, we were pleasantly surprised by K Kia stood out amongst the rest. From the design of the building to the quality of the cars to the customer service, we were pleasantly surprised by Kia, which was originally not on our radar. However, the most pivotal part of our experience was Joseph Pelliccio or Joe who worked directly with my parents and I to find a car. After speaking to countless salespeople in different dealerships desperately trying to sell us a product, we really appreciated Joe’s earnest demeanor and genuine commitment to helping me find what would work best for me without the ‘performative show’ we experienced in other dealerships. We came back to Premier Kia three days in a row and Joe stayed consistent in his commitment and transparency throughout the process. We had an overall pleasant experience at Kia Premier with the rest of the team including Jeff, Phil, and Patricia. I left with the Kia Forte and after a week of having the car, I could not be happier with the decision. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Kia Premier and especially our guy Joe!!! More

I don't really have anything negative to say, it was as quick and easy a purchase can be. I'm just happy I wasn't there for hours and hours like I have been at other dealerships. The salesman and the sal quick and easy a purchase can be. I'm just happy I wasn't there for hours and hours like I have been at other dealerships. The salesman and the sales manager were both friendly and non-pushy. Where I have dealt with pushy salesman before and I just walked right out the door and went to the next dealership and bought the car there. So that was good that they were not. I can't be bothered with pushy sales people I don't have time for that. So in the end I would buy another car from them again. Good job. More
