After visiting multiple dealerships in the area, Premier Kia stood out amongst the rest. From the design of the building to the quality of the cars to the customer service, we were pleasantly surprised by K Kia stood out amongst the rest. However, the most pivotal part of our experience was Joseph Pelliccio or Joe who worked directly with my parents and I to find a car. After speaking to countless salespeople in different dealerships desperately trying to sell us a product, we really appreciated Joe’s earnest demeanor and genuine commitment to helping me find what would work best for me without the ‘performative show’ we experienced in other dealerships. We came back to Premier Kia three days in a row and Joe stayed consistent in his commitment and transparency throughout the process. We had an overall pleasant experience at Kia Premier with the rest of the team including Jeff, Phil, and Patricia. I left with the Kia Forte and after a week of having the car, I could not be happier with the decision. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Kia Premier and especially our guy Joe!!! More

I don't really have anything negative to say, it was as quick and easy a purchase can be. I'm just happy I wasn't there for hours and hours like I have been at other dealerships. The salesman and the sales manager were both friendly and non-pushy. Where I have dealt with pushy salesman before and I just walked right out the door and went to the next dealership and bought the car there. So that was good that they were not. I can't be bothered with pushy sales people I don't have time for that. So in the end I would buy another car from them again. Good job. More

He is always willing to help find you exactly what you are looking for and really cares about his customers. There is never any pressure, and the buying process is a true breeze. Nathan helped me build my custom Kia which I just picked up the other day. This vehicle is everything I could have ever wanted and more! While I was waiting for my vehicle, he kept me updated every step of the way. Even after taking the vehicle home, he has been reaching out to thank me, make sure all my questions are answered, and see if there is anything else he can do for me. I have mixed feelings about this dealership. I like the service department and LOVE the guy in charge of the parts department. The sales department is awful based on my experience trying to bu I like the service department and LOVE the guy in charge of the parts department. The sales department is awful based on my experience trying to buy two cars there last summer. I bought my current Sorrento there in 2016. I love the car. My son had an accident, and I was going to buy a car for him and one for myself. My younger would get the Sorrento. That would be three cars bought there and I have all my service done there. I have had several friends buy cars there based on my recommendation. The sales person and the MANAGER told me, "the market has changed" when I asked if they could do anything about the price. They clearly do not want business. I can only imagine that direction came from the top. I would not buy a car at ANY Premier dealership due to this experience. The experience showed they are short-sighted. Eventually, there will be lots of cars available and I am happy to tell anyone my experience with this dealership. More
