Mike Iovino was the best sales person we ever encounted when purchasing a new vehicle. Our experiences in the past have been just a nightmare, but Mike was friendly, knowledgeable (and if he didn't have a when purchasing a new vehicle. All our questions were answered and his patience was commendable. I have found out when purchasing items from a car dealership or just an appliance that he went above and beyond the call of duty for us. I had a very pleasant experience at Premier Kia from start to finish. I walked in to Premier Kia knowing what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I was introduced to Cindy who was very quick to show start to finish. I walked in to Premier Kia knowing what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I was introduced to Cindy who was very quick to show and explain everything I needed to know about the Kia Sorento that I now own today. On our test drive she addressed all my concerns about having a smaller sized suv vehicle and educated me with more information on features of the Kia Sorento that I was unaware of. Not only did she reassure me about how great this vehicle is but she also showed me how it handles on hills which was one of my major concerns. She brought me to areas that were very comparable to the hills I have to deal with on a daily basis. By the end of the test drive I was sold. I went with my wife to buy a Kia sportage.It took less of 2 hours to get the car that she wanted including negotiations, financing,and registering,dealing with the friendliest sales rep(Sean) ,the nicest Gen 2 hours to get the car that she wanted including negotiations, financing,and registering,dealing with the friendliest sales rep(Sean) ,the nicest General manager Liahm and the extremely helpful and FASTEST financial manager Ken in ANY car dealerships that we dealt with for the last 25 years.
