My experience at Premier Kia was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I didn't feel pressured at all as I felt at other dealers and it was obvious that Nate extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I didn't feel pressured at all as I felt at other dealers and it was obvious that Nate was not just about a sale, he wanted to make sure I had all of my questions answered and that I was making the right decision for me. I found a similar car at another dealer in the area for a slightly better price and still went with Nate and Premier because of the phenomenal service they gave me, and they are a dealer I feel very comfortable with servicing my car from here on out. If you are considering Premier Kia for a car, look no further because the only thing Nate is better at than making great coffee, is being extremely helpful and friendly throughout a stressful experience such as buying a new car. I went in thinking I was just going to browse. I sat down with Nathan and told him about myself and that I was on a definite budget and that X amount was my limit to spend per month. I had seen the Sorento with Nathan and told him about myself and that I was on a definite budget and that X amount was my limit to spend per month. I had seen the Sorento and this was the car I wanted. The manager came over to say hi to us. Nathan worked with the manager to figure things out for me. Nathan definitely was listening to what I was saying and what my budget was. With my trade-in the numbers were not at first working. Nathan went over to the manager and when they returned they had wonderful news for me. He made it work for me, right down to the penny. I got the best car I could ever imagine and still stayed on my budget. Nathan and the others are caring people and truly give everything they can to work with you and give you your dream. I completely trust them and look forward to seeing them again and I will check them fist when I have to get another car for someone in my family. I felt like I had made new friends. Its been a few weeks since I bought the car and every day when I go to work, I laugh and say to everyone" I love my new car", they all say "yes Ann we know" More

I told Dan an idea of what I wanted and it was as if he read my mind. It was my first and last trip of my car buying adventure because I found a great car at an amazing price. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful in a real way.. Not just the "car salesman" way where they will say anything to make you buy a car. Tyler showed me how to use everything in my car and what all of the crazy buttons control and Kenny got me a great loan. Thank you!!! I will be back for my next car! More

Nathan took the time to go through the inventory on the computer with me looking at the cars history, its specifics and its cost to me. I selected a few that were of interest to me and then Nathan and Eli took my daughter and I for test drives in them when I decided on the Jeep Eli helped me to finish the paperwork and purchase the car he impressed me with his honesty when I asked a question he was unsure of, he said so and followed up with service immediately the next morning even though it was his day off. Both gentlemen were a complete pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend them as well as Kia More

This place is fantastic! Forget all of those stereotypes and horror stories you hear about the car buying process! Premier Kia is the least "car dealer-y" dealership I've even been to! All of the staff we and horror stories you hear about the car buying process! Premier Kia is the least "car dealer-y" dealership I've even been to! All of the staff we interacted with were genuinely nice people who seemed to really enjoy their jobs. We felt comfortable immediately upon entering the door, never felt that we were bring tricked or manipulated, and ended up with a fantastic car at a great price! I visited Premier Kia because they were the only Kia dealer in the area that is a part of the Costco Auto Buying Program. I exchanged a few e-mails with Rita, spoke with her on the phone, and scheduled a time to test drive the 2014 Kia Soul. We test-drove the car with Tyler, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions about the car. We worked with Dan and Tyler to determine the pricing, and they offered me enough for my old car that I decided to trade it in over selling it privately. With the Kia and President's Day incentives, plus the Costco pricing, lifetime power train warranty, and two years of maintenance included, we really feel that we got an incredible deal on our 2014 Kia Soul! Within an hour and a half of arriving we had (painlessly) made a deal on the car! There was none of the pressure and back and forth horror stories that I've heard about the car buying process elsewhere. I was in shock at how smoothly everything went! When we picked up the car a few days later, Kenny spent lots of time with us explaining all of the paperwork we were signing and finalizing the sale. Then, Tyler transferred the plates from my old car to the new car (he even has a special license plate flattening technique!), and spent plenty of time with us in the car explaining to us how each button and feature worked, and how to connect my phone via bluetooth (very important!). I feel that it's worth noting that the car came with a full tank of gas- I've heard from others that they've had to fight for a full tank when picking up cars from other dealerships. We were soon excitedly on our way in our new car! I would highly recommend Premier Kia to anyone I know after the wonderful experience we had! They really made us, a fairly cynical couple, feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. We are so pleased with our new car, and we really appreciate the help and hard work of those at Premier Kia! More
I did most of the research for this vehicle online. I contacted Premier on the recommendation of my best friend who has dealt with the owner and was very impressed with him and the business. Right from the start the people at Premier stood out from the rest. All of my questions were answered and I never felt pressured or rushed. On the subject of price we went back and forth a couple of times with them always being professional, and receptive to my questions. While they did give me the best price, it was more the way they handled things that really impressed me. The other dealerships I was talking with made it seem like the clock was running and I had to hurry up and hand over some money to hold the deal they were presenting or the deal would go away. At Premier they calmly said they would make things work, just relax and lets talk about exactly what you need. On the day I went to pick up the vehicle I was met at the door, introduced to everyone that would be handling the paperwork and showing me the in and outs of my new car.
