Many of our used vehicles are just a few model years old and offer many of the same great features as newer models but at a more accessible price point. They only use genuine OEM Kia parts in order to guarantee exact fit and finish and lasting durability. Whether you need a simple checkup or an unexpected repair, you can trust our team to get you back on the road safely and as quickly as possible.

Premier Kia Of Branford responded

Dear EForsey/ We believe your review is extremely unfair to our company. We are very glad to hear that you had a positive experience with your sales representative. However, we would like to take a moment to review the items of concerns that you had. First, when it came to the financing portion of your transaction, the only lender in which we were able to secure any type of financing for you had significant stipulations. This was due to the nature of your self employment and irregularities in your income, as well as your relocation from one town to another. In order to ensure that the stipulations of the bank's approval were met, we discussed - and you completely agreed, that the car needed to remain on the premises until the bank actually consummated the contract. We are very confused by your review and comments, as, this was something that was made clear to you upfront from our Finance Manager. The bank did require, at the time of contract execution, that you provide insurance for the vehicle. This is also something that you understood and agreed to. At any point you were of free will to either move forward in a manner in which we were both protected, or elect not to purchase the car. We continued to keep you informed on the progress and acceptability of the stipulations mandated by the bank. Believe us, if we could have delivered the vehicle sooner - we would have - since our funds were also tied up in this matter. It is hard to understand your point of view towards the Finance manager, when we went to such great lengths to even obtain financing. At all times, he was respectful and made himself available to speak with you. He even involved our owner to see if he could "move the bank" on some of the stipulations. Again, your credit history, your self employment and your income irregularities were all hurdles that we worked hard to overcome for you. You signed disclosures and acknowledgements all the way and, were advised that you could abandon the transaction at any time. You chose not to. While the State of Connecticut mandates only a 60 day/3,000 mile powertrain warranty on this sale, our company provided to you a 6 month/6,000 mile nationwide limited powertrain warranty at no additional charge. You transaction for your vehicle was completed on 09/05/2015. The first - and only time, your car was in our service department was on 10/13/2015 for a drivability concern. Our ASE Certified Technician looked at the vehicle - drove the vehicle - scanned the computer/ECM and found no problem found. We didn't charge you for this service - so, are very confused as to why you think you paid anything. Your review is confusing and unfair to your company. We worked hard to secure you an approval for a vehicle that you desired. There was only one bank that said "yes", and, that approval came with stipulations to provide documentation that you were completely advised of. You agreed all along and without question. Since your vehicle was picked up, you returned once for a service issue that was addressed to you - without charge. You have never returned. You have never called. You have never asked additional questions - or spoke of additional concerns. We know we have been respectful to you and considerate of your financial situation. From your tone of your review, it is easier to see that you are the one that borders on a lack of professionalism.

Eforsey responded

lets start this response with the things you have flat out lied about. Your lying is well documented with countless other complaints. You seem to call every customer a liar on every complaint they have even when they are all total strangers from one another and all seem to have the same general complaints. Its outlandish and nonsensical to expect someone to believe all these people are making this up and being unfair to your company. Maybe you should try and take responsibility for the poor service you are providing these people instead of trying to invalidate it with complete lies. Do you really think these people, or I are taking the time out of our day, to do this months after the fact, because this sort of thing is fun? Lie number 1. "And you completely agreed that the car needed to remain on premises until the bank actually consummated the contract" Complete 100 percent lie. I was told by Kenny my vehicle would be held for NO MORE than 4 days. It was held longer than 2 weeks. You see this was your first mistake and complete lack of customer service. When you verbally let a customer know that their vehicle will be ready in 4 days and then you are wrong by more than 10 days, that then becomes unacceptable. It is especially unacceptable when it is costing that customer money. You are in business, customers are not. I don't want to hear nor do I care about funds that were withheld from you. That is the risk you take as a business. I take risks as well as a business owner myself. You do business with these banks. They represent how you function as a company. When I have a material supplier that is so incompetent that they screw up a delivery by almost 5 times its projected delivery date, I stop using that supplier and I take responsibility for it with my client. i don't go "not my fault sorry" that is insanely unprofessional and childish. Lie Number 2 "Since your vehicle was picked up, you returned once for a service issue that was addressed to you without charge" This is also a 100 percent flat out lie. If you would like for me to provide the documentation of what i was charged for bringing my vehicle to you i will gladly do so. now.... lets address this other nonsense that you seem to be implying. you seem to be implying that i have "bad credit" and some kind of "shotty" income. ??? I clear 100k a year, I have no credit solely due to the simple fact that my personal beliefs steer me away from debt. I pay almost double my car note every month and gave you a 5,000 dollar down payment on a 16,000 dollar vehicle. hardly the absolutely ridiculous narrative it seems you are attempting to paint. I caution you to tread lightly from this moment on in that regard or you will be hearing from my attorney. moving forward. "At any point you were free of will to either move forward in a manner in which we were both protected or elect not to purchase the car" you see this one is great. lets look at this situation critically. shall we? You took my money You kept the car I paid for the insurance and your response is "well you could have not bought it" are you serious? so you're saying that I should have just let walking into your store cost me hundreds of dollars in lost insurance money and then left with nothing? did you even take a minute to think about that? lets say I decided not to buy the car. Were you going to pay me for the money I spent on the insurance for the 2 weeks it sat in your lot? The answer is no. because you are a completely unreasonable company. now... even further. "Its hard to understand your point of view towards the Finance Manager" Is it? really? every single site i've been to that leave reviews he is the number one complaint receiver out of your entire staff. from that FACT you someone "don't understand" Well, I guess its a good thing you don't need to understand in order for it to be true. its an objective thing. Whether or not you "understand it" is completely irrelevant to the fact at hand. Now on this note... the final issue I have.. is the very last paragraph of your response. "We know we have been respectful and considerate of your financial situation" I make more money a year than most of your employees and I gave you almost 30 percent of the vehicles cost up front. I don't have a "financial situation" This last piece of condescending garbage is exactly the kind of stuff I'm referring to with your company. Its reprehensible at best and disreputable at least word of mouth is a powerful thing. I can promise you that know one that I know will ever be buying a car from you. On a scale of 1 to 10 I was probably displeased a 7 with your company. Now after this ridiculous excuse of a response you guys now scored a 10 out of 10. Also, If lack of "professionalism" on my part being that I'm calling you out on how much you lie to your customers, About your customers and provide ridiculous responses as well as offering unacceptable service on what seems to be a consistent bases, when you remove all of the blatantly fake reviews on this site. then I suppose you would be right. I went beyond my due diligence as a customer to rectify this issue in a reasonable manner before it got to this point. You have failed as a company. I will also be following up the DMV and my attorney to check into the legality of the charge i received from you during the CT lemon law period. I hope this does a better job at helping you "understand" your consumer base on completely valid and reasonable issues. But it most likely will not. because hey "its not your fault" right? Have a fantastic day
