Brian, Nathan & Carlos made finding the right car a breeze! I did some initial research (SUV hunting) online because I have always dreaded car purchases. Brian (internet sales) was responsive without being over I did some initial research (SUV hunting) online because I have always dreaded car purchases. Brian (internet sales) was responsive without being overbearing which prompted me to stop in and check out the new Sorento. I was looking to replace my older SUV which no longer met my family's needs. I thought for sure I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. Nathan listened to my objectives and what I was looking for, then showed me several options. He helped me find the best fit without up-selling me or causing me to blow my budget. Will gave me a few finance options to mull over. I returned a few days later and Carlos made sure I found the best fit ($$) for sealing the deal. They were all genuine, attentive and efficient. I am really pleased with my new vehicle and I look forward to continuing doing business with them despite the 45 minute commute. Highly recommend Branford Kia! Special thanks to Nathan & Carlos. More
