Great first experience with Kia! Thank you Nate! My husband and I were shopping for a new car and had previously stopped at a Ford Dealership. We were so turned off by the way we were treated. There was no exchange of names, no handshake, nothing! We then went to Kia and were greeted by Anthony and Nate with a smile, name exchange and smiles. Nate was very concerned with uncovering what we needed in a car and made custom recommendations based around our wants/needs. We agreed upon a car within about 2 hours and I returned the next morning to sign the paperwork and drive off in our new Kia. Thank you to Carlos for making the financial paperwork a quick and easy process while explaining everything thoroughly. Thank you again Nate and team for delivering a great car buying experience. I Feel Happy About My Purchase I’m giving Anthony and his pals at Premier Kia five ?? s. Anthony was super awesome. I was directed to him immediately upon entering the dealership on a Wednesday. Super approachable, great sense of humor, made me feel very comfortable. I told him my concerns. He was very tolerant of my indecisiveness, late night emails and was always patient and polite. Because of his gentlemanliness, he was actually able to get me into a car that I really do love. Anthony was assisted by the super calm Carlos. Carlos was cool. Carlos helped in a way where I felt comfortable about where my money was going. He’s the finance guy so that’s super important. My quality of work 3 stars is bc the car was initially not clean, had 1/4 tank of gas, had the tire pressure light on. Anthony was super responsive and addressed these concerns immediately. I might not get my car serviced here but I loved the people here. It was nice working with them and getting to know them. It was an intense time but they made it easier. More
