I explained what I was looking for in a new car and the price point I was interested in paying. Although they did not have the car I wanted onsite, Nathan and his colleagues found the car and the deal was made. The car arrived in Branford one week earlier than promised...and it was exactly what I had hoped for. I worked with Carlos T. for the financing aspect of the purchase and was satisfied with his expertise. Nathan took the time to show me all the features of the car. And there are a lot of features! I'm very glad I was able to buy "locally" and feel that the entire Kia team listened and made it happen. In all my interactions, everyone was friendly, professional and low pressure. Our salesman was Nathan and he helped us through the details of our purchase. We had already been pre-approved from an outside lender so it made the deal easier. I would say that one of the negatives was that they asked us to fill out an online application still but their server was down for the 3 days leading up to our purchase. Our salesman made one inappropriate joke, and was a little pushy, but overall was a very nice guy. Carlos was very informative and pleasant to deal with when it came time to seal the deal. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a positive buying experience. More

Because I had read very good things about Premier Kia, I drove from Southbury to Branford. I was assisted by Cody Lawson, I was very impressed with not only his knowledge of the vehicles, but with his determination to get me the vehicle that best suited my needs. He took the time to listen to what I said, asked me things that I had forgotten were important, made notes and explained differences between models. The vehicle he selected to take me for a drive in is the vehicle I purchased. It has everything on my "must have list" and "wish list" at a most affordable price. Thank you, for a great job Cody.
