I had the absolute pleasure of working with Owen Butler at Premier Kia in Branford, and I cannot recommend him enough! From the moment we walked in, Owen went above and beyond to ensure we not only found t at Premier Kia in Branford, and I cannot recommend him enough! From the moment we walked in, Owen went above and beyond to ensure we not only found the right vehicle but also fully understood all of its features. He didn't just focus on the car we purchased—he took the time to educate us on other models as well, offering insights into the full range of Kia vehicles. His knowledge was impressive, and he provided us with more information than we expected, which made us feel confident in our decision. What really stood out was Owen's patience and understanding. He answered every question we had, no matter how big or small, and never made us feel rushed during test drives. After the purchase, he went the extra mile, taking the time to teach us how to use all the advanced technology in our new vehicle. He set up our phones, helped customize settings, and walked us through the app and remote features, ensuring we were completely comfortable with everything. He added that we can reach out to him at any time for additional assistance as well.
