Car shopping should always be this easy. Was greeted by multiple staff members upon arrival (Ryan Tamburro and Alex Day), all of whom provided business cards, but were not pushy or aggressive. They asked about why I was visiting the dealership and I explained I was their for a trade in, my 2014 Veloster for the 2016 Veloster Turbo. They introduced me to Barrett Nordgreen and he took me for a test drive and introduced me to Marvin Poole in the Service Department. It was great to learn of all the experience and certifications of that department. Barrett also informed me on the ownership and the pride they take. He even pointed out one of the owners interacting with a sale, which was nice to see. Typically owners lack that and keep behing closed doors. Barrett never pushed another sale or agenda, as he respected that I was there and had previously decided on a trade in. However, he did better help me to understand lease options, which I eventually decided on instead of purchasing. Best part of experience is they worked towards a contract that I felt comfortable with instead of pressuring me into something that I was not comfortable with. Barrett was a great guy to work with. Ryan and Markeith Powell took great care of me in regards to the contract negotiations. Markeith was also easy to work with when it came to the paper work. Alex, although he didn't work with me, still came up to me to congratulate me and ask me how my experience was. That too was nice considering I was not his customer yet he still concerned himself with my satisfaction. Overall great experience. More
