I called Tommy to find out if a certain vehicle was available and it was for the price advertised. My car has been to the shop several times. I understand the first time it took longer because of "COVID" but went back again because it was not fixed correctly the second time. If the car would have been d the first time it took longer because of "COVID" but went back again because it was not fixed correctly the second time. If the car would have been driven the mechanic would have known this. So the second time it spent 2 weeks there and is still experiencing problems. No way it was driven. All that is probably done is the car is started because it was driven over the speed of 30 they would know it was still experiencing problems. I had a seasoned mechanic look at it before it went in and still not fixed correctly. Wish I would have known that with m,y warranty I did not have to go to Ray Brandt. Always excuses. More
