Took a couple of days for the car to get here and man I was presently surprised with the car and it’s features plus my girlfriend was very happy . I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition. I dropped my car off with an appointment to get a recall fixed, they asked me repeatedly when I got there if I had one and of course I told them yes each time, as if the guy didnt believe me. I dropped it off and left, and when I got the call to pick it up I went to the desk and the lady working there (older lady) asked me who I dropped my car off to.. well I didnt get the man's name, wasnt told it or told I needed it to pick up my car. The guy who called me wasnt the guy I dropped my car off with. Gave Lady recpetionist my name and she was like "well I cant find your paper without the service guy's name and your name isnt even here anyway" and then even after I told her who called me she couldnt find my paper to get my car back. It took much longer than needed to get that straightened out, my car was parked right outside and they acted like I never brought it. She was very rude to me because I didnt have the guy's name and they didnt even have my paperwork where it should have been. I will be going to metairie from now on. Definitely not a good experience picking it up More

Joseph was very accommodating and customer service oriented from the start. He went out and took personal videos of the model we were interested in purchasing and sent them to me to view before making oriented from the start. He didnt have a “pushy” attitude in the slightest. He’s a young guy who seems to work hard but just wants to make sure the customer is happy. Bruce in Finance was also very personable and accommodating. And that’s the first time out of several vehicles purchased that a manager has walked out to shake/fist bump our hands and say thank you for the business. More
