I was in town on vacation and a pot hole took a bite out of my right front tire. RBH had a tire in stock and got my car in and out in 45 minutes. I was happy with the timing and rapid service. Reason I didn't give 5 stars is the small details. They valve stem cap (crazy small detail) was missing, which they gladly replaced and the spare was in the back of the car instead of stowed underneath. Could have saved me a small amount of time for paying the big bucks for a new tire but I would still bring my car back in the future regardless. Thanks to the service and parts guys. Keep up the good work, but remember the small things. Most customers aren't going to be as gracious. More

Took the car in for a recall item oil change and tire rotation, then found rear brake shoes with about 4 CM left on them replaced recommend, the problem is the car has 20,000 miles on it, very unusual fo rotation, then found rear brake shoes with about 4 CM left on them replaced recommend, the problem is the car has 20,000 miles on it, very unusual for rear brakes to wear out so quickly! Nevertheless they had the car for two full weeks, and when we finally got the car back it was extremely dirty inside and out, grease on the steering wheel and drivers door panel, completely unsat!! More
