I had a 9:30am appt. Did not leave until after 1:00pm. I called the number they gave me for an update on my vehicle after 2 hours, I was told the car before mine had some Did not leave until after 1:00pm. After another hour and a half. Brian came out and said your car is ready. No one offered an apology or anything. I will not be going to this dealership again. Customer service is terrible. More

My appointment was for 9:30am. I told them I would be waiting. After 2 hours, text the number given to me to get the status on my car I had no response. When he answered he said oh I will come out and talk to you. The reason it was taking so long for an oil change and tire rotation was the customer ahead of me had some problems getting a part. Someone should have informed me and given me the option to wait or come back. Instead Brian said they just took your car in the back. After another hour and 1/2 He said your car is ready. I was not prepared for a 3 1/2 hour wait. I also had a problem locating it. It was parked in front under a tree. I will never ever go back. Very poor customer service. More
