The person originally doing the insurance paperwork to have the parts for my car ordered had told me when I called that parts were being ordered for my car. When I called later I was informed that he no longer works there, that paperwork was missing, and that the parts were never ordered. After a month, insurance would not cover my rental car so I didn’t have a vehicle and parts still hadn’t been ordered. When I called my insurance to have them approve something that the dealership had submitted, the insurance person said that they had not looked at what was sent because it was submitted in an abnormal way. Talking with Luis was the only positive experience of this because he was very helpful/responsive, so thank you Luis. More
