I brought my car in and it sat in your lot for 3 weeks without being looked at. It wasn't until I called repeatedly and spoke to the manager that my car got looked at. What upsets me the most that I wasn't given any status as to why the car was not looked at. I have an app that lets me know when my door was locked and unlocked in the store was unlocked for a week and a half till I locked it and then it sat for another week and a half until you guys finally got to it. Once you got to the car you ordered the part and let me get my car back and I brought it in and within a couple days it was ready so I'm happy with the overall service but I'm very unhappy with the amount of time it's set in your lot without me being informed as to what was going on. I understand there was a machine that was broken and then the technician was sick I would have gladly taken my car and brought it back when it was ready to be looked at but I was not given that opportunity. More
The experience would have been rated excellent had I not had to wait so long to complete the deal. I called In late December and schedules an appointment for the earliest time the mechanic would be free. When I brought in the car (mid January). I was told the technician would get right on it. It took 3 weeks and complaining to the manager to get the car looked at. I had to wait another week for the part to come in and then brought the car back,(1 loaner for genesis cuctomers). So darcI have heard nothing about the repair. I am not satisfied atcall. More
