I’ve been to this dealership many of times and majority of the times I’m leaving upset. In the past the service has been terrible, but this last time it was different. The reason why my rating is so low , because of your service department. You can not come in for an oil change . Without being told that you have to wait 6 weeks. TERRIBLE! !!! It takes weeks to get anything done here. My heated seats stopped working and it took over 3months to get that fixed and not because the part wasn !!! In fact let me go on up there now because you know you can call 1 million times and no one will answer, and if they do “oh leave a name and number and we will get back with you” . More

My car was towed there one day and I called all day and didn’t get to speak to anyone in the service department about my car. I told them I needed an oil change was told they would but they didn’t.
