Glad Ronnie was there when I returned for another key! My first problem was with the sales person because the car only had ONE key with one remote. When I returned to get another key set (key and remote), My first problem was with the sales person because the car only had ONE key with one remote. When I returned to get another key set (key and remote), I requested from the sales person a valet key because I am handicap and on a walker I needed a valet key because the valets will not let you leave your keys with the remote attached. My sales person insisted that I could only get the one more key and one more remote, but I knew for a fact that I should not have had to buy a brand new car for over $17,000 and not been able to at least get a valet key. But he insisted that I was only entitled to ONE more set (key and remote). Well, first of all I bought a brand new car with 15 miles on it and the dealer SHOULD have had two sets of keys available in the first place, I should not have has to return to get a second set of keys, and leave a brand new care parked in my driveway until I had another set of keys. And once that dealer was introduced to my "walker", the should have been NO question as to the need for a valet key. This is not my first Elantra, it's actually my FOURTH, as I know what I'm entitled to. Than I called the manager (Chris Ostendor) explained my problem he promised to check the situation and call me back the next day. Well I waited for that call until after 1:00 pm and never got it so I went to the dealership and to my surprise, he was off and had left no instructions concerning my situation. But they sent Ronnie Williams to help me and as usual he made everything alright and should be commended for that. You really need people working for you that care about customer service not just selling cars and making a profit. This is not my first "rodeo" and I have been dealing with this car dealership for over 17 years. May I suggest that these so called More
