Excellent employees they won't let you leave withou. t a car absolutely NOT. Whoever taught them , they were taught well because I really was only looking . I called because I received a letter in the mail stating that the dealership was interested in my veoloster 2013 . Everything was great . The only problem that I had to call about as far as my vehicle was the deep scratches on it but I was promised that they would Everything was great . Never again will I buy from Ray Brandt My salesman was Mark. My car was scratched all over when it was sold to me. Mark told me he would get with me the following week to schedule body work My salesman was Mark. My car was scratched all over when it was sold to me. Mark told me he would get with me the following week to schedule body work be done, but failed to do so. I had to call the GM Chris O to schedule to bring it in. I dropped it off on Monday. Waited until Thursday, called and they said it was ready for pick up. I was upset at that because I was told I would be given updates and never was. Well I went to pick it up and it had even more scratches on it. I'm giving them one more chance to correct it but if it's still not right, I plan on claiming this under the paint warranty. More
