It was a pleasure dealing with Premier Honda until they added a 1,800 dollar hidden charge when we were ready to pay. Not happy at all. He stated that we were being recorded with a camera that he pointed to the ceiling that we didn’t want the extended warranty. The website stated Life Time Warranty if you purchase that vehicle. I had an APPOINTMENT for minor service on Tuesday. I finally went Saturday in person to check on my car after trying numerous times to get someone to answer the phone. Needed multiple maintenance codes addressed and a few other issues checked out. Scheduled an appointment, brought the car in, and within a very short period of time had a breakdown of all services that w other issues checked out. It is very sad and discouraging to go to this service department! I have been here three times and have always had an issue with their quality and speed if service. I was also told that they open at 7:30am yo arrive and discover that they opened at 7am!
