This dealership could use an orientation on customer service, team work, and organization. They could also use a class on working under pressure. Premier Honda, in New Orleans, is the greatest, and their salesperson Kevin and support staff—including receptionist Elaine—are fantastic! Kevin brought our selected model to us for our test drive (we didn’t salesperson Kevin and support staff—including receptionist Elaine—are fantastic! Kevin brought our selected model to us for our test drive (we didn’t own a car, living downtown, with streetcars and ride shares available), and brought the paperwork to us when we were ready to complete the sale. Premier even has allowed us to keep the vehicle onsite until we’re ready to take possession of it. Everyone has been supremely accommodating, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The gentleman that I received on the morning I came for service is so unprofessional. He don’t need to be in the front handling customer he need more training in professionalism. The older gentleman he wor service is so unprofessional. He don’t need to be in the front handling customer he need more training in professionalism. The older gentleman he worked was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took so long with the paperwork is coworker told him to do what’s needed and let the customers sign and go. I’ll never go back there if he have to help me. I’m aware that businesses don’t have a lot of staff at least make me feel I choose the right place to bring my vehicle to get service. More
