I usually have a good experience with Premier Honda’s service department. However my last visit I had a 2pm appointment and they did not start on my car until 4pm. The last few oil changes they were not able to provide the multi inspection report which I rely on. They should do better than that. This dealership could use an orientation on customer service, team work, and organization. They could also use a class on working under pressure. Premier Honda, in New Orleans, is the greatest, and their salesperson Kevin and support staff—including receptionist Elaine—are fantastic! Kevin brought our selected model to us for our test drive (we didn’t salesperson Kevin and support staff—including receptionist Elaine—are fantastic! Kevin brought our selected model to us for our test drive (we didn’t own a car, living downtown, with streetcars and ride shares available), and brought the paperwork to us when we were ready to complete the sale. Premier even has allowed us to keep the vehicle onsite until we’re ready to take possession of it. Everyone has been supremely accommodating, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks for all that you’ve done, Kevin! (Oh! And Elaine, we’ll be calling just to say “Hi, y’all!” More
