This is an update to my previous review of Premiere Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. 40 days after purchasing a used vehicle from Permiere, I am happy to be closing the book on this car buying experience. I Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. 40 days after purchasing a used vehicle from Permiere, I am happy to be closing the book on this car buying experience. In the end, Troy Saavedra, the General Manager gave me a full refund. However, the experience was long, difficult and stressful to put it mildly. For the first two weeks after I had purchased the car and had major mechanical issues, I was unable to get anyone from the entire company on the phone. On the rare occasions that I was able to reach Ivy Falgout, my sales person, he informed that there was nothing they could do, that I could NOT speak to the manager or anyone else and that I needed to stop calling. I was told repeatedly that I would get a call back, and not once in two weeks of over 50 placed calls was my call returned. Finally, I was able to get Troy Saavedra on the phone which was a very pleasant change of pace. He promptly sent over a tow truck to bring my vehicle in to service for a diagnostic and set me up with a nice loaner car to drive in the meantime. This was great, until.. I didn't hear from anyone for an additional 2.5 weeks. At this time I had no idea what was going on with my car, what my options were etc. I placed several calls during this period, none of which were returned. Finally, I got a call from Troy who informed me that the car was indeed beyond repair, he apologized for his slow response, and offered a full refund or to find me an alternate vehicle. At this point I was exhausted by the car buying experience and took him up on his offer to find a replacement. I was shown a couple of cars, none of which were on the same level of the car I had originally purchased and the response to my calls remained slow. After about a week and half I felt forced to go through a different dealership and bought a car that I am very happy with. The difference in customer service between the two dealers is drastic. In conclusion, if you are going to buy from premiere, beware. Work with Troy if you can, if he has the time he is good to work with, unfortunately he rarely appears to have time. Never work with Ivy Falgout, he is unprofessional, rude and will rip you off. More

Premier Honda gave the best customer service I've ever received at a car dealership. They were easy to work with, I received a great offer on my trade-in, and I get to drive a new Honda Odyssey, which is received at a car dealership. They were easy to work with, I received a great offer on my trade-in, and I get to drive a new Honda Odyssey, which is a super vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
