He let me know that I might be able to get a really good trade on my old car and started telling me about options. He wasn't pushy at all and I think we had a really easy friendly relationship. I didn't feel like he was a typical sales person at all. I guess I trusted that he wasn't trying to pull a fast one on me. I ended up getting a new 2012 Honda CRV for a similiar monthly payment as my old car. I love my new car and I am so glad John came and talked with me. I am getting leather seats added to my car next week and John said he would even drive to my house to take my car for the day and leave me with a loaner car. Excellent customer service! If you go in ask for John in sales. He knows a lot about Pandora Radio in the new Honda CRV's, which was a big selling point for me too! More
