Service departmen did the diagnosis in a timely manner, unlike the Ford company, after 2 weeks, still have not perform diagnosis. More

Not Good Went in for oil change. Only 1 service attendant working. Swarmed with at least 28 customers. I leave because wait appears will take longer than 2hour Went in for oil change. Only 1 service attendant working. Swarmed with at least 28 customers. I leave because wait appears will take longer than 2hours. He calls explaining other suggested services. I confirm what I wanted completed. He calls back car ready. Go to counter to pay notices he charged me for oil change. I don't pay for oil change due to previously paid warranty. He processes a new ticket. I pay go home review ticket again. Notice I was charged for an air filter for a Pilot. I have an Accord. Call Royal to compare price, they quote different from what I paid. Call Premier, asked why was I charged for pilot filter when I have an accord? He stated very nicely, oh it's just coded that way. Also told him quote I received from royal, he says oh, each dealership is different. I ask WHY? Then I explain that it shouldn't be for the same part. So now I explain even though it may be a inconvenience I'll have to travel to Royal for service since their prices seem to be in my budget. Regarding Calvin, great guy, always courteous, works hard, but he needs help on a Saturday. Too many customers come in for only one service attendant. He's going to make a mistake because he's rushing to get people in and out. I live in New Orleans East and would hate to travel to Metairie for service but I will. More
