Wow! What an absolutely AMAZING experience from the very first contact with this dealership! Joy, who handles internet requests was super curteous and got the ball rolling! And Josh, the sales guy, got me e first contact with this dealership! Joy, who handles internet requests was super curteous and got the ball rolling! And Josh, the sales guy, got me exactly what I wanted within my exact budget!!! He didn’t pressure me, and was extremely kind, courteous and professional!!! After a few hardships, my credit isn’t great but Joy, Josh and the finance guy made this happen!! They also put me in a loaner vehicle while they checked a sensor light on the vehicle I had purchased before I brought it home!! I have bought several cars but this was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! Everyone at Premier Honda was so friendly and happy to help! I would recommend buying from Premier Honda!!! And definitely ask for JOSH, he’s absolutely fabulous and happy to help!! More

I met Rose who gave me a step by step explanation of what the inspection would cover. Immediately I felt like I had chose the right place to have the work done. I was assured that the work would be done correctly and in a timely manner, and it was. The car rides great and i feel like its going to give me good use for a long time. I would say the price was reasonable, because auto repairs are costly, but I wished it was a little less. I would definitely go back to Premier Honda. More

Dishonest Service Center If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT patronize this business! They charged me $250 to put a bunch of lube on a stuck part that they claimed to If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT patronize this business! They charged me $250 to put a bunch of lube on a stuck part that they claimed to have ordered and replaced. In addition, they drilled holes into the hood release inside of the car and attached the cable with a twist tie! I only stopped in to see if they could close the hood on my 2010 Accord, since the hoods on Hondas are known to get stuck in the open position. Whenever I bring it it for a repair or oil change, my normal shop closes it. (I don’t have one here because I just moved.) However, Premier Honda told me it would cost $200 to fix and a day to get the part. I said I’d go back the next day because I can’t keep parking with a slightly open hood. Then they told me the car wasn’t drivable! Apparently, the mechanic decided to completely take the latch apart WITHOUT TELLING ME and destroyed the cable, which wasn’t broken. The mechanic said I might end up needing a new hood and windshield if I drove it. Somehow I survived. I brought it back the next day, rather than going to another dealership because only this mechanic knew the extent of the damage he did the day before. When I arrived, the assistant service manager was texting and continued to do so because she was ‘texting my landlord about air conditioner.’ I understand that a lack of AC is no joke here, but I was a customer. The latch still sticks and now there are holes and a twist tie(!) holding part of my car together. All in all, I was robbed and received terrible service. I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. More
