New Car purchase 2019 Dodge Challenger CP Red On 24 February 2020, I purchased a new 2019 Dodge Challenger CP Red with 48 miles. As I headed back to Kansas City (my home), the driver's window kep On 24 February 2020, I purchased a new 2019 Dodge Challenger CP Red with 48 miles. As I headed back to Kansas City (my home), the driver's window kept whistling. I called the dealer Premier Honda 11801 Interstate 10 Service Rd, New Orleans, LA 70128, and they told me to send me the bill on the cost to repair if not under warranty. I took the 2019 Dodge Challenger into Speedway of Lansing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, 555 N. Main Street, Lansing, Kansas 66043, phone number 913-727-9400 Attn: Jesse, Garage to be repaired. He called me back and said it could not be repaired under warranty because the glass was found at the bottom of the door, and the window was poorly replaced. The cost to repair the window at Speedway of Lansing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was $321.67. I sent the bill to PREMIER CD JR of New Orleans and received the run-around. And more lies about what happened to the Challenger I purchased. This time they told me it happened in the garage when it happened to pick up glass from another automobile. The car buyers have the right to know the truth about the vehicle that they purchase. Non-Disclosures – car dealerships are required by law to disclose any and all information related to the vehicle you are purchasing. Knowingly not disclose this information to the purchaser, the dealership is committing auto fraud. Since I was not notified by the dealer or the salesperson of PREMIER CD JR of New Orleans of the actual condition of the car that I purchased was not revealed to me during your transaction. The car buyers have the right to know the truth about the vehicle that they are buying. Knowingly not disclose this information to the purchaser, the dealership is committing auto fraud. On 16 March 2020, I was on another trip to New Orleans and stopped into PREMIER CD JR of New Orleans with the bill from Speedway of Lansing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The manager came out and told me that he already mailed me the check in the amount of the charge of Speedway of Lansing of $321.67 and the extra set of keys for the Challenger they failed to give me when I bought the auto. The manager also told me that the reason the window was broken was a rock was thrown from a lawnmower and hit the driver's window and broke it (another lies cover-up). After six days (since I sent them the e-mail bill) I have not received the check or extra keys and do not expect to get either. More

We just lost a very reliable 2004 Honda CR-V and we were pressed hard to replace it. Another Honda was our first choice. With that said, Premier Honda was our last choice when it came to Honda Dealers in th pressed hard to replace it. Another Honda was our first choice. We explored all of the dealerships and we're extremely dissatisfied with the reception we received. Especially after introducing ourselves and sharing our situation with them and the salespersons. We encountered every bad stigma associated with buying a car. Especially at Honda if Covington. Very displeased with them. We finally thought, " what about Premier in New Orleans East? " So glad we chose PREMIER HONDA. Our first interaction was with Brittany Shankin. We contacted Brittany using the information found on Premier Honda's site and explained our story. Brittany was excellent and excited to have the opportunity to work with us. She introduced us to Josh Ware who also was very considerate and determined to provide us with an excellent buying experience. I am so glad that we saved the best for last in choosing PREMIER HONDA. Both Brittany Shankin and Josh Ware are definitely dedicated to providing a 1st class customer experience. Even though it still took almost half the day, we were ultimately happy with our new Honda. We also would like to give an honorable mention to Jerry Sevin in Finance. I appreciate the fact that Premier Honda has people that actually appear to care about the client. Before, during, and after the sale. When I am in the market for a new car or know anyone who is, I will urge them to make Premier Honda their 1st choice!
