Will not stop calling and harrassing I have been getting harassed by this Premier Honda of New Orleans location for over a week now. I have told them I purchased a car elsewhere and that I have been getting harassed by this Premier Honda of New Orleans location for over a week now. I have told them I purchased a car elsewhere and that I am not looking for another car and to stop calling me. This has been going on for the last several days to no avail and when I called to speak to a manager they would not connect me to someone to talk to. I believe this stems from the fact that this dealership tried to sell me a car where the VIN number did not match the vehicle I was about to buy. In fact the dealership didn't even have the car who's VIN that went to. Could you see the nightmare that would have developed if I tried to register this car? The funny thing is that I was dealing with the Toyota of New Orleans location when I was looking to purchase this vehicle and not this Honda store. This experience dealing with the Premier Automotive Group has left a very foul taste in my mouth and I would never shop at any of their dealerships in the future if this is how they are going to behave. I would recommend you look elsewhere and avoid the psychos that work there to avoid being stalked and harrassed. More

No hassle recall service.. My 2003 Honda Oydssey had a air bag recall. She has over 300,000 miles and has needless to say has a few age related problems. One of which is a trick My 2003 Honda Oydssey had a air bag recall. She has over 300,000 miles and has needless to say has a few age related problems. One of which is a tricky ignition switch. I only use it locally, and use my other Odyssey for trips outside of the parish. I explained the problem to my service advisor Rosemarie Kohll. I asked that the key remain in the iqnition for the service since it might be a problem. I left the car in the afternoon and picked it up early the next day. They did as I requested, and there was no problem. I purchased the car from them in 2003. I purchased the second one from out of state. The next one will be another Oydssey and will probably be from Premier. Rosemarie took care of me and my geriatic car. Can't say enough about Rosemarie and the care received.......thanks More
