No hassle recall service.. My 2003 Honda Oydssey had a air bag recall. She has over 300,000 miles and has needless to say has a few age related problems. I only use it locally, and use my other Odyssey for trips outside of the parish. I explained the problem to my service advisor Rosemarie Kohll. I asked that the key remain in the iqnition for the service since it might be a problem. I left the car in the afternoon and picked it up early the next day. They did as I requested, and there was no problem. I purchased the car from them in 2003. I purchased the second one from out of state. The next one will be another Oydssey and will probably be from Premier. Rosemarie took care of me and my geriatic car. Can't say enough about Rosemarie and the care received.......thanks More

The old lady at the front desk was the rudest person ever. Came there, she was on her personal phone and did not want to help anyone.
