All the people working at the dealership are great. Starting with the General Manager Dwayne Lewis who is never to busy to talk to you. I set up an appointment to buy my car three days before the purchase. The day of the purchase, I got a call saying someone else wanted to buy the car and I needed to make sure I arrived on time. My wife an the purchase. The day of the purchase, I got a call saying someone else wanted to buy the car and I needed to make sure I arrived on time. My wife and I went straight there without eating lunch (90 minutes away) so that we wouldn't be late. The car was great so we decided to buy it. Long story short we decided to go with financing, but were going to pay it off quickly. After THREE hours of waiting they finally called us back to sign the papers. My wife and I were very hungry and tired by this point and did not look closely enough at the paper work. After leaving we realized that they had put an extended warranty in there that I had not asked for. I called the following Monday to cancel the warranty. I sent in the paper to cancel and still have not received that money back after four months. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls. I have been told a couple different times that it is processing and I should see the money soon. I would highly advise avoiding financing through this dealership and thinking twice about purchasing from them at all. More
