this is my second Honda automobile both were purchase brand new. My first Honda was purchased in 1999 and the one I have now was purchased in 2013. I have had much success driving Honda vehicles and I recommend them to everyone on this particular day I was coming in for a simple oil change. They’re doing construction at the premier Honda so there is a lot of chaos going on the gentleman took my keys, wrote up a report and told me it would help me out as soon as possible. I went in the waiting room and sat and waited for my vehicle to be ready after about two hours and 45 minutes. I became concerned so I called the service department to find out the status of my vehicle service the phone was answered by someone very crazy. I ignored that and asked the person if my vehicle was ready he said something silly him having lunch and I replied what and he repeated himself him having lunch I did not understand what the gentleman was saying at that time so I asked again and he told me the sales person was having lunch and he could not be disturbed and he was with a customer and he will call me back in about 12 minutes. This person I found out his name is Kenny so I hung up the phone. I waited a while longer about 35 minutes and I called the service department again and of course the phone was answered real crazy again. The person on the other end said good morning and obviously it is late afternoon by this time I was not in that kind of a mood I needed to speak to a business minded person not someone who was still playing games over the phone so I hung up the phone and decided to take a walk to the back and find out what was going on with my vehicle of course when I get to the back, the gentleman Kenny, who insist on answering the phone unprofessional was there and he said can I help you I said to him yes I’m checking on my vehicle. What is your name? He tells me I tell him my name is Lynn Burton and I’m getting an oil change on my Honda cross tour so he says to me oh you the one hung up on me and I say it to him yes I did. You answered the phone very unprofessionally. How was I to know? I was speaking to a business or a practical joker. He jumped out of his chair, mumbled words about disrespecting him hanging up on him and stormed out of the office, slamming the door as hard as he could with all his might and at this time, I’m wondering, did he intend on hitting me or something so he leaves the office? I’m very upset at this time. It’s late in the afternoon. I would like to get my vehicle and go home I have never, and all the years dealing with Honda encountered such disrespect by any of your employees. No one in the office say a word it was business as usual so I get the impression that this man has free wheel to act and say whatever he like well that’s fine if y’all like that, but all customers are not in a playful manner life is serious and the kind of money you guys charge for repairs. I don’t have time to play games so the gentlemen who initially wrote up my car report finally came out car had been sitting in the sunshine and nobody paid attention that it was ready then he worked up the final paperwork and he did not charge me anything which I was still willing to pay, but he said that I had been throwing up that day. I know times are hard. I don’t wish nothing bad on this gentleman, but maybe you need to tell this young man to control his emotions. More
Car needed regular service and we also had a problem with the rear camera adjustment. Service advised Zeek figured out the problem with the camera and the servicing was done quickly and efficiently. My overall experience at Premier Honda was wonderful. The men there took great care of us and kept us informed through the entire process. It started when Tierron Baptiste answered our inquiry and set up The men there took great care of us and kept us informed through the entire process. This could not have worked better, because we were practically dismissed by one of the sales managers at Kia Denham Springs. My daughter had recently had her car totaled in a 3-car collision in Baton Rouge, LA. Her job is a bit far from home and she wanted reliable transportation with nice features. Thank you Tierron!!! She got what she really wanted but originally afraid it would be too costly. She loves it and I do too! I would like to sincerely thank Tierron Baptiste, Josh Ware, and Luke Lemus for making our time at Premier Honda so rewarding! You guys are AWESOME!!! Louella LeDuff More
Kevin Carew, the service Advisor who checked me in he made sure that all of my needs and concerns were met. Mike Lombardino the Service Director made sure that I was able to get the work done on my car made sure that all of my needs and concerns were met. It was easy to schedule a service appointment. I received a call back when I didn’t get an answer. Check in was really good. Mr. Kevin was very friendly and personable. I was told it could take up to 90 minutes and that was acceptable to me. But 3 hours is too long to wait for an oil change. Other positives include the spacious waiting area and the WiFi connection. More
