I am so angry with them! They had my car for 5 days and did nothing to it! My vehicle is equipped with video and audio recording. I overheard the conversation between the tech and Royal diagnosing my vehicle on the phone during the test drive before it came in the shop and in th I overheard the conversation between the tech and Royal diagnosing my vehicle on the phone during the test drive before it came in the shop and in the shop while they were sitting in the front seat together. To include the negative comments they towards me as the vehicle owner. I will never return to Ray Bryant nor refer anyone to your establishment. As a matter of fact, I will direct them to go anywhere else. This is a very unfortunate situation as I am a Lt Col who served 31yrs in the United States Air Force. I am a retired/disabled veteran who lives in Barkley Estates. You were my neighborhood service center as I just purchased the vehicle in September 2023. Absolutely, horrible experience. More
