Service I am from Scottsdale and had driven to Cali for a charity event. I had driven thru a car wash in which ripped my license plate holder off and was only I am from Scottsdale and had driven to Cali for a charity event. I had driven thru a car wash in which ripped my license plate holder off and was only hanging by the cable to the plate light. I pulled into the service dept and was met by Bill Olejnik. I showed him my issue and he was very pleasant. Pulled my Jeep into the service area and asked another guy, Moe Jubran to assist. And within 10 min., they had my plate and holder back on correctly. Bill also run my VIN and made me aware of 2 recalls that have not been fixed. The recalls would take a half day or they would have taken care of them immediately. I really appreciated them helping me especially as I did not have an appointment and was in an unfamiliar area. More

Last month I visited Premier Chrysler and Jeep of Placentia looking to buy a us Overall, I received top notch services from both sales and financing. Last month I visited Premier Chrysler and Jeep of Placentia looking to buy a used car that the dealership had in stock. I had a budget to spend on the used car and I was determined to not go over it. I informed the salesman, Tyson Voll, of my budget and what type of car I was looking for. He took the time to listen to what I needed and was able to determine that the 2006 Cadillac was a great fit for me. He was honest, thorough, super friendly, and not only did he take the stress out if buying a vehicle, but actually made it an enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured, and because of my research on the vehicle prior to arriving I knew I was getting a great deal on the car. Tyson graciously passed me on to Bill Armendizo, Sales/ Finance Manager and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service did not stop there. Bill assured me that signing the contract would be painless and he was correct. The contract signing was not a long drawn out process; it was actually very quick and to the point. Sign the contract and go…I was on my way to enjoying my new used car. I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend this dealership to anyone- Just be sure to ask for Tyson Voll and Bill Armendizo!! More
Honest, Thorough & Overall Awesome Work on my Cherokee 4x4 I recently purchased my first Jeep 4x4 from a used car dealership, and knowing nothing about the car's history, I wanted to make sure it had all the p I recently purchased my first Jeep 4x4 from a used car dealership, and knowing nothing about the car's history, I wanted to make sure it had all the proper maintenance and was up to date on service, as I use it for 4x4ing in some pretty rough & desolate terrain. George, Moe and Daniel were all extremely knowledge, helpful, but most importantly HONEST. When my Jeep had problems with the dreaded "death wobble" I took it to over 6 different mechanic shops/offroad specialty stores, all of who told me different things and wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars that the guys over at Premier Jeep told me could be fixed with a $90 shock, and just like that it was! They did an amazing job on fixing my leaking rear main gasket, as well as detected and flushed a fluid in my transmission system that wasn't supposed to be there. Also, this dealership works with outside insurance policies, and gets repairs approved in a breeze. Next, I had both my transfer and differential fluids changed, and they were honest enough to tell my how to change my spark plugs myself so that I could save a little bit of change. Furthermore, Jose and all the other shuttle drivers are always pleasant and on time. This dealership will pick you up anytime - day or night with their complimentary shuttle service, and they always have cold bottled water in the fridge for you to enjoy. Furthermore, the fact that they are open till 9pm every night and 7pm on Sunday has me a customer for life. I cannot tell you how many times in the past I had to call in late for work, or take time off from work when working with other dealerships & mechanics that closed at 6pm. Premier Jeep truly has the average working man in mind with the hours that they keep, the prices that they charge, and the service that they provide. More

Great Experience We took our vehicle for a second opinion on a brake job we had done somewhere else but we still experiencing the same problem we had prior to getting We took our vehicle for a second opinion on a brake job we had done somewhere else but we still experiencing the same problem we had prior to getting it fix. Moe Jubran, Service Manager, helped us and did a great job explaining what the problem was and how to go about getting it fix since we had already paid for it at another location. Upon our visit he explained to us the coverage we still have remaining on the vehicle since the vehicle is still under warranty and also order a part that we have been given the run around at the location of where we initially bought the Jeep and as a courtesy he gave us a free car wash. To summarize our visit, We have to say they earned our future business. Customer Service was great and the fact that he took his time to explain to us the warranty we have left so we can maximize it was outstanding, something the dealer where we bought the Jeep has been trying to avoid in the first place. More

Lack of Curstesy Got the run around trying to fix a problem on a car I bought from them. When I was final able to pick up the car the person at the service deck saw me Got the run around trying to fix a problem on a car I bought from them. It just gave me the feeling they didn't care about you after they sold you a car. More

Bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport and feel like we got a pretty good price after dealer discounts and rebates. Aside from being at the dealership until after midnight on purchase date and not being allowed to go and get something to eat for dinner, the buying was relatively painless. Now.....with less than 200 miles on the car, the transmission went into "limp" mode and needs servicing. The dealership is about 25 miles from out home and we carefully drive it out there at 8:30 pm in the pouring rain. The next day we are told that the software needed an update. REALLY! Less than 200 miles!!! That is done and the car is ready to be picked up. We had purchased an upgrade and needed to have that arranged, so I met with Debbie to get it set up. We needed to match some material with the car, but no one in the service dept seemed to really know where the car was. Debbie and I had to go to 3 different places before we located it on our own. I was very embarrassed for her, because not only was I treated like I didn't matter, but so was she! Picked up the car, drove it for 4 days and NOW THERE IS A LEAK! The car is in service again. Although they are very nice in providing me with alternate transportation, I am not feeling confident in the care it is going to get at all! When you call the dealership, it seems that the different departments do not communicate with each other very well and there is a lack of "customer service" period. That is very sad and frustrating. I just noticed that they have another customers information attached to my car, so when they put in my cars vin, someone else name comes up.....freaky & scary! As soon as they have this new problem "taken care of" and my upgrade is completed, I will be saying "so long" to this dealership and taking my car to the one closer to home. I don't even care about the one years free oil change service. They will probably be glad to hear that also because my frustration has made me very grumpy. Purchasing a new car is supposed to be exciting, however, I have this sick to my stomach feeling that we made a poor choice with this Jeep Cherokee. Probably okay to buy here if you get a car with no issues, but good luck with the service department! More
