I would suggest not dealing with Don A Vee Chrysler Jeep’s service department. I took my 1999 Jeep Cherokee there for an oil change and they also performed a vehicle "inspection". Don A Vee Chrysler Jeep claimed to have found a number of things that needed to be serviced, but the price they quoted just seemed outrageous. Here is what they recommended: SPARK PLUGS, CAP, ROTOR, AND IGNITION WIRES = $342 POWER STEERING FLUSH = $155 THROTTLE BODY SERVICE = $168 FUEL INJECTOR SERVICE = $155 BRAKE FLUID FLUSH = $160 RADIATOR COOLANT FLUSH = $168 TRANSMISSION SERVICE = $199 GRAND TOTAL = $1347 I decided to take my Jeep to another vehicle service shop for a second opinion. They told me I didn’t need ignition wires, my throttle body was clean, my fuel injectors were fine, and my brake fluid was fine. So Don A Vee Chrysler Jeep told me that I needed services to my vehicle that it did not need. They cannot be trusted. Also, the repairs that did need to be performed, they wanted to charge me an outrageous amount for. Here is what I ended up paying at the service shop I ended up taking my Jeep to TRANSMISSION FILTER, GASKET & FLUID = $140 RADIATOR COOLANT & FLUSH = $50 SPARK PLUGS = $50 CAP & ROTOR = $50 GRAND TOTAL = $290 That is over $1000 less than what Don A Vee wanted. I have both invoices as proof of this. Don A Vee Chrysler lied about what repairs needed to be performed and they attempted to price gouge me, assuming I was an unsuspecting consumer. That should be a crime. I suggest NEVER going to Don A Vee Chrysler Jeep to have your vehicle serviced. More
I recently took my 2005 Dodge Ram "Rumble Bee" in for it's 60,00 mile service. I chose to take it to Don-A-Vee specifically based upon the ratings their service department received (on this site) from c it's 60,00 mile service. I chose to take it to Don-A-Vee specifically based upon the ratings their service department received (on this site) from customers. I was not disappointed. Daniel was helpful and courteous. More importantly, he didn't try to sell me more service than what was required. He told me exactly what type of service my truck needed for the 60,000 mile tune-up. He also made recommendations for additional service, with a suggested a time frame for when that work might need to be done. Daniel also offered to give my truck a complete detail. He told me that he typically likes to have a customer's vehicle washed after it's been serviced. However, this particular day, the service tech who does this work went home sick, so Daniel made a note on my service record for a free, complete detail for my truck. In short, Daniel gave me all the information I needed to make inform decisions about: -- what service items I wanted taken care of during my current service visit -- and which ones I could schedule for a future date. Ultimately, what matters most is how my truck performed after the service . . . in a word GREAT! It runs like it was fresh off the showroom floor. And this Saturday, I'll be taking it in for the detail so my truck will look as good as it runs! Laura Ann LoCicero More

Kenny was my primary email / internet contact and he was straightforward and honest about everything. Jim was my salesperson and he was knowledgeable and thorough about introducing me to the car, etc. straightforward and honest about everything. My overall impression of the dealership is "excellent across the board" given my previous experiences with other dealerships. My only two quibbles would be : 1) Authorizing a personal check then asking for a cashier's check after the fact. This led to extra time and hassle filling out financial forms for a credit check, etc. Traditionally a dealer calls a bank to get an okay for a personal check and it's done. 2) No gas in tank. I was not familiar with the area and the low fuel indicator went on about 100 yards from the dealership. I had to drive around a bit to find a gas station. Fortunately I had my garmin mapper with me. this is the second time i asked for a 5 tire rotation while servicing my jeep, its the second time they didn't do it. had issue with horn they said it wouldn't chirp--didn' even connect it to see if it while servicing my jeep, its the second time they didn't do it. had issue with horn they said it wouldn't chirp--didn' even connect it to see if it would chirp--service said mud tires shouldn't be in a 5 tire rotation. there street tires! when i came in i wasn't planning to buy a car, i just wanted to look. I had talked to Mike on the phone the night before i went in and he said i could come in whenever i wanted to and check the vehicle o wanted to look. He took us over to the new vehicle lot and let us test drive a Patriot. We loved the car right away, but were concerned about pricing and our trade-in. He brought Kenny in to help us out and he was equally as great! Kenny asked a few questions about what was comfortable for us and what we were hoping for and then left for a few minutes to figure some things out. He came back showed us an offer and it seemed too good to be true. My girlfriend and I talked about things over for about 20 minutes and we were sold. Kenny made the purchase the easiest choice we have ever made. As for doing the paperwork we were handed off to Stacey who walked us through the details and was extremely friendly. She was fast, efficient, and just pleasant to work with. It was a great car-buying experience! I still can't believe how easy the 3 of them made it, but I'm glad they did!! More
Service manager showed interest and was attentive in answering my initial questions regarding my vehicles problem. Later informed me by phone as to the nature of their findings, what it would take to re answering my initial questions regarding my vehicles problem. Work was completed on time and all my follow up questions were answered in a professional and friendly manner. Also gave me some good tips on caring for my vehicle which were much appreciated. More
