Kenny was with me from the moment I sent an email, about purchasing a new 2012 Unlimited. I contacted other dealers with barely an acknowledgement and was never followed up with( OC Jeep and HB Jeep) after purchasing a new 2012 Unlimited. Kenny was always keeping me posted on where he was at with a particular model or color. Even after changing my preferences a few times, he stayed with me and worked non stop to find exactly what I wanted. All of his dedication and hard work to get me into MY JEEP, proves that he is a true asset and very valuable to Don-A-Vee and has found in return, a dedicated and very happy customer. Julie in finance, was quick and made the process painless as far as filling out paperwork and not trying to sell the usual "extras" when buying a new vehicle. Hum, where to begin! I was doing a little online shopping hoping to trade in my car in hopes to lower my car payment. I got a ton of email and phone calls from many local dealers. I have to be honest wasn't really shopping for a Jeep, but was open to the idea. I had a Wrangler years ago and loved it. Right before Thanksgiving I got an email from Kenny asking if I was no longer interested in finding a new car, and could I at least give him a shot.... I'd never received his emails, they had all gone to my "junk" folder so it was lucky that I got his last email. We exchanged email/text messages over the Thanksgiving holiday and were able to meet up soon after. I went to the dealership and found him engaging, knowledgeable and funny! But then again I'm kind of sassy, so I kept him on his toes. I was disappointed that the color I wanted had been sold, but am happy with the pretty red Liberty I drove off the showroom floor! Kenny was able to lower my payment and put me into a brand new car. Since my purchase I've stayed in contact with Kenny as questions come up and he's been always willing to help me out. My daughter's 2006 Jeep Liberty has had all four power windows fall down. A couple of them have been repaired more than once. Chrysler finally extended the warranty on these windows, but it caused us to n windows fall down. A couple of them have been repaired more than once. Chrysler finally extended the warranty on these windows, but it caused us to not receive our refund on the extended warranty that we purchased when the Liberty was new. Our dealer in Raytown, Missouri is out of business so I had no help on this refund. Tom Kirk from Don-a-vee helped us with this problem and we got our refund. Tom has been very helpful on this window problem and the warranty problem. Tom Kirk is the reason I rate Don-a-vee so high. My daughter now lives in the LA area and we will continue to go to Don-a-vee for service and our next Jeep purchase. Thank you, Dean Mettlen More

When we first arrived we walked the entire lot found the cars from their website by vin # and checked them out then came over to the front of the dealership and we saw some people in a gazebo but we didnt k cars from their website by vin # and checked them out then came over to the front of the dealership and we saw some people in a gazebo but we didnt know they were sales people we went inside to ask for help since we were already their 15 minutes and no one ever approached us.We came in to see their cars after looking to buy we saw their 300s online and let the saleperson know up front exactly what we were looking for.That we wanted the eprice and a fair percentage rate how much we wanted to pay approx,we knew what we wanted as we had visited another dealership then researched and found their website as we researched it on their website they had the color we wanted.With very good credit and a descent down/ no trade in. the fianace guy came in at the total opposite end of what we were expecting and offered a rate that was so far off it was insulting.A person who makes sure their credit has a very good rating Should be approached with a reasonable offer. When we decided to leave he said why dont you get a used car one you can afford or put more money down in quite a rude display WOW who does that.??.Whatever happens in the process of as sale the employee should always remain respectful after all they are on the front lines and are a reflection of the dealership..I will be telling everyone I know what happen at Don A Vee also we asked for our credit application back and he only gave back one of the pages of the whole app.When someone request their application back it should be returned ALL of it !!! More

This dealership was incredibly friendly. When they didn't have what I wanted they diligently looked for a dealership that had the car and drove all the way to Van Nuys to get it.
