Even when I questioned several times he said it was part of the deal and didn't increase my car payment. When in-fact they both were optional items that I did not have to buy. I was charged $1600.00 for both of these items that I didn't need or want. SHAME on him! I will be taking steps to correct the situation including BBB, State Attorney General, Social Media to warn others and thank goodness I work for a company that offers attorney services. More

I had been shopping around for a rubicon unlimited for a couple of weeks and had been jerked around by other dealerships. The guys over at Don-A-Vee did't try to hardball me or use smoke and mirrors to get me into the dealership. THey simply wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted for a fair price all while being super friendly and professional. Yeah I might have been able to get the Jeep for a couple hundred bucks less but the shear professionalism and kindness of these guys made me feel comfortable and taken care of so I wouldn't go anywhere else in a thousand years.
